One Colour....

Wearing one or two colours isn't a problem, in fact its more effective, stylish, and easy to look good at times, but obviously you not going to wear all pink, red, purple(bright colours) you dnt want to look childish and unsophisticated. It works well with your darker colours.

The picture on top inspired today's look. I used grey, but different shades of grey to keep the contrast preventing the outfit to look dull and boring. There is also a dash of brown(belt and man bag). This outfit works for going out for lunch with a friend and maybe ending up going to pre-drinks or a cocktail party.

THE CLOCK TOWER.... SUMMER TIME

Today i asked three friends of mine who know nothing about fashion to wear my own personal clothes, outfits that I have chosen from my own personal wardrobe. I'm letting you in my style, dress sense. The pictures of the professional models will show you where i got the inspiration from. The rest of the pictures will be my own interpretation of the style.
Professional runway model, his outfit inspired the outfit I chose for Scott.

                                                           Inspired Apelele's outfit.

These two outfits i wear to functions were i have to look stylish and formal. Its sophisticated and yet playful at the same time. I always say black and grey never disappoint!!!
People say the clothing that are displayed on runway can't be worn by ordinary people everyday, but you can certainly use the idea and make it your own and suitable for yourself. GET OUT OF  YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND EXPLORE THE FASHION WORLD!!!

Inspired the outfit I chose for Anthony.

These two outfits are during the day looks, chilled yet stylish. Attending a braai or simply going to town. No effort, but very effective.

Bellus/Lepidus- Apelele luke

"Clothes are a representation of who you are, where you come from and where you going. You dress not to impress others, but for yourself, celebrating your individuality."- Apelele luke

Implementation is KEY!!! Sometimes the idea was brilliant while you were playing with it in your head, but the implementation fails you. With the 'hippie' look its very easy to end up looking shady instead of stylish.

We all have people who we look up to, who inspire us and influence our fashion sense. KANYE WEST!!!! He taught me how to take a formal item e.g. blazer and completely tone the formal aspect down to make it more semi-casual (Party Outfit)
"FASHION IS THE HEALTHIEST MOTIVATION FOR LOSING WEIGHT"- KARL LAGERFELD

SIMPLICITY! Sometimes trying to hard to look good can ruine your outfit. Dont doubt your outfit just because it was a simpler choice. it sometimes goes as simple as a shirt and a pair of chinos.

Don't be afraid to look a little over dressed than everyone else... (I'm dressed for a dinner party at a friend's house). Be over dressed rather than being under dressed, you never know where you might end up going or who you might bump into. BE SAFE!!!
Colours!! People are always saying don't be afraid to play with colour (launch)...BE AFRAID!!, I say play with neutral colours, never have more than three colours within one outfit. Not saying it won't work, but its a 30% chance...BE SAFE than sorry.
