I know this is going to sound rather weird or strange, but I got the idea of the photo shoot from a dream i had haahahaha i know, know, kinda strange. It isn't only about the clothing, but the story you tell through clothes and this is why I take the surroundings where I have my photo shoots very seriously. We are all on a journey; others are on difficult journeys like the abandoned train station and others have it easy like the stylish clothing.

I wore this outfit when I was working with Tando Mabunu-Mandela at a meeting with Vodacom and Daily Dispatch. thought it was very sophisticated and I loved it. Stylish and serious at the same time. The shoe absolutely makes the outfit!!! Focus on those little details like a belt and shoes that's where a lot of males go wrong.

When I chose this outfit I wanted to achieve the jeans and blazer look that was popular in winter, but sadly it's now summer it would be a little too warm going out in jeans and a blazer. Ladies it's simple, replace the jeans with leggings and the warm winter tops with a simple vest and rock your blazer as usual. Remember shoes make or destroy an outfit so choose wisely

During the day it's all warm and all, later when you're about to go out that evening cold breeze makes an appearance, not too cold though, but wearing shorts would be stupid. Torn jeans and a simple jersey top and a light blazer does the trick!! Jeans aren't too warm because they're torn. Dirty swag haha!!

SIMPLICITY! A simple crop top, shorts and gladiators always does the trick on a hot summer day. Accesorise with a big bangle and simple bead work on your neck. Effortless, yet very effective.

My usual look is very sophisticated (as you can see from what my models are wearing), but this time I went for a more chilled, relaxed and playful look We all have those clothing items that we dont want to let go of and we're forced to do so because of the change of season... Well I say wear them!!! As long as you won't feel uncomfortable. As you can see I'm wearing army boots and I don't look out of place, still look like I'm in summer season with the rest of South Africa.

Animal print makes an appearance once again.... She came to me with two different jump suits, a floral one and the animal print one. I chose the animal print one because Floral jump suits are more commercial and common. A stylish person will do the trends that everyone is loving, in a different way. That item that you don't wanna get rid of no matter what season it is, if you pay attention she is wearing Army boots as well, but they do not look out of place with the summer look. Always accessorise!! Neck piece or even a simple bangle.

I asked Zinathi to come help me out with the photoshoot in terms of the ladies... obviously I won't be able to help the girls with makeup and all, so i needed her help in that field, but she rocked up looking so stylish that I couldn't resist putting her in the blog. She looked stunning in navy and white outfit and had a neckpiece that complemented her outfit. Really loved the sunglasses aswell.

I wore this outfit at a braai, replaced a formal shirt with a chilled T-shirt to be appropriate for the surroundings. The blazer still allows the look to be sophisticated, but the T-shirt tones that down and makes it look chilled and appropriate to even go to town in.one of my favourite looks.
